Technology solutions:
USAID HFG e-feedback project 2019
e-feedback was developed under the USAID Health Finance and Governance Activity to facilitate feedback from health facility users on their experience at and satisfaction with health services received at public health facilities.
Electric referral system
To manage and track patients between the different partners, JPS developed an electronic referral system with 24-hour coverage and rapid response capabilities. The web-based, secure platform contains patient health records and supports step-by-step processing while organizing inputs from multiple partners.
Mustajeeb App
Mustajeeb is designed for use in emergency situations to reduce response time and help save lives. People with injuries or witnessing an emergency situation requiring medical help send an alert using the Mustajeeb application, which geolocates the individual and connects them with a nearby emergency medical provider and the closest available first responder. The advanced emergency mobile technology platform can be used on all smartphones and has the
potential to work as a platform for first aid organizations, hospitals, and emergency services.
